Send your date, venue, guest count, and timing. We’ll recommend a film format and coverage plan, including a combined instant and digital package if you’d like full event coverage.

Before the party.
How many photos can you take?
A photographer typically takes around 50–75 photos per hour. The pace depends on the film format, group sizes, and how the event flows. We’ll help plan coverage around your guest count.
Do you need a photo booth setup?
Our photographers move through the event with their cameras. We can work with your existing décor or photo wall, and we’ll coordinate any workspace needs with you before the party.
Do you offer digital photography too?
Yes! Our combined package pairs roaming instant photography with digital event coverage, giving you take-home prints for guests and a digital gallery of the celebration. These are separately captured digital photos. Scans of instant prints can also be discussed in advance; guest prints aren’t automatically scanned.
Can you add our logo?
Yes! Custom sleeves, holders, and stickers are available depending on your film choice. Share your logo and event date when you inquire, and we’ll go over options and production timing.
